Toyota Case Study
Toyota Deeside wanted a flooring solution which fulfiled a strict criteria. Some of which were:
- to prepare the floor keeping unaffected areas dust free
- to provide a hard wearing surface that would not create any dust with general use
- provide a minimum 5 year guarantee

Brief overview of project:
- totally dust free enclosed shotblasting was used to prepare the floor
- all joints, holes & cracks were filled with epoxy mortar
- two coats epoxy primer to seal floor
- finally 2.5mm self smoothing epoxy resin floor finish
Since this floor was laid Resintech Flooring Services Ltd have successfully completed a further 3 projects for Toyota.
